VelociDrone is a drone racing simulator designed specifically for mobile devices, offering an immersive experience for racing enthusiasts. The program features various drone categories, including 5" racing drones, freestyle drones, Mega class drones, Toothpick drones, and micro drones. Users can engage in competitive racing against leaderboards, with the ability to replay other racers' flights for strategic insights.
The simulator supports cross-platform racing, allowing mobile players to compete against desktop users. Tracks can be downloaded from the desktop version of VelociDrone, enhancing the variety of racing environments. While touch controls are available, the simulator is optimized for use with real-life racing drone controllers, such as the RadioMaster T16 and Frsky Taranis, which can connect via ELRS wifi or MFi Bluetooth devices for improved performance.
